A Message from Team Sonder
Firstly, we want to wish all our listeners, friends and family well, we hope you are safe, staying home and looking after yourself. For the latest information and guidance as well as info on how to access support if vulnerable or worried about someone who is, visit gov.uk/coronavirus
In light of current government guidance our staff continue to work from home at this time but are available through the normal channels to talk or respond to requests or questions. The people and communities we work with are our number one priority and we are keeping in contact with them regularly, especially with those who are isolated and most at risk.
We are in the process of developing a series of online courses as well as developing a new telephone buddying system for those without digital technology or expertise at this time. If you would like to be involved with this whether you'd like someone to talk to or feel you could be good company, then please email hello@sonderradio.com or call 0161 820 2190 or message 07933 773118.
Where possible we are helping our DJs to develop their shows remotely and will be sharing uplifting stories as well as content through our socials as the weeks progress. We have other exciting programme ideas in the pipeline and are willing to receive pre-record programme ideas via hello@sonderradio.com. We would love to hear from you so please do keep in touch, tell us what you're up to.
In the meantime we send our love and support to everyone and please keep communicating with us through our platforms, sharing love, music, art and stories as we endeavour to do our best to keep people's spirits high. Please keep a close eye on the NHS guidance here gov.uk/government/organisations/public-health-england and we want to extend a massive thank you to all NHS and public health workers out on the frontline and who don't have the option to work from home like we do.
Love, Sonder Radio
